An Internship Report on I.Soft International Pvt.Ltd, Nepal [Code No. 4 5 2 ] 

Abstract

An internship is an opportunity to integrate career related experience by participating
in planned,supervised work. It is a work- related learning experience for individuals who
wish to develop hands on work experience in a certain occupational field.Internships
help individuals to combine theory with practical work experience. It helps develop
professional work habits, provides an understanding of corporate cultures and gives an
opportunity to analyze national and international business settings. Besides it offers
platforms to compare differences in work styles.
Generally, the internship works as an exchange of services for experience between the
student and his or her employer. Students exchange their labor and knowledge to gain
experienced in a particular field. As an employee student being able to work with the
organization, they get opportunity to learn how an organization works.
This proposal reflects the current trends and need for internship in the real world. Although
there are many platforms and language available I got the opportunity to work as
intern in software development department in I.Soft International.
