An Internship Report at I.Quest Technologies Pvt. Ltd. 

Abstract

Internship is considered as a kind of training program that influences the students to work in order to impart their knowledge in real life working scenario. This report contains the details of the activities carried out during the internship conducted at I.Quest Pvt.Ltd. technologies located at Jwagal, Lalitpur, for the three months internship duration.
The main focus of this report is Web Based Shopping cart Application Development for “Crafted in Nepal”. The application is developed using codeigniter framework for PHP. MySql is used as database for the application. For UI development, bootstrap CSS framework and templates for bootstrap is used. These frameworks provides various facilities that makes development easy and efficient.
The Online Shopping is a web based application intended for online retailers. The main objective of this application is to make it interactive and its ease of use. It would make searching, viewing and selection of a product easier. Users can view the complete specification of each product. The application provides a feature to a user to add a product, update the item in the product and delete the product in to the shopping cart. The main emphasis lies in providing a user-friendly online
shopping cart'that consists of features to add, update and delete the products for the Crafted in Nepal handicraft shop. This the application helps “Crafted in Nepal” to extend its business in online world.
