Development of www.samyakhydropower.com at SRS Solutions Pvt. Ltd.- Internship Report [CSC-452] 

Abstract

This project report presents the complete information about my internship at SRS Solutions Pvt. Ltd and to be familiar with practical aspects of the theoretical knowledge gained during my undergraduate study. This report mainly focuses on the different aspects of knowledge gained during the development of project. The main technology used is WordPress. In the entire project PHP was used as programming language and Mysql database as the database platform.
This project is intended to build a commercial Hydropower website entitled “Samyak Hydro power” which provides every kind of hydropower related solutions to the
clients who is seeking to build small scale hydropower project. The website interface takes most of the activities such as user registration, product purchase.
Invoice/billing. The database facilitates the storage of records entered by the admin, to view products sales and to view sales reports and allows standard users to make transaction.
An advanced search technique has been integrated within the website so that each and every component of the site can be searched easily. A database has been used to enforce constraints and to store data. The webpage has been tested with data from pre-built database. It has been observed that the system successfully registers products, facilitates sales entry by the visitors and generate sales reports.
