Development of highlandernepal.com At Digital Agency Catmandu 

Abstract

The report has been prepared for the partial fulfillment of the requirement for the Degree of Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Information Technology B.Sc. CSIT). It is based on the internship program conducted at Digital Agency Catmandu. This report is fully based on the personal experience gained at the company.
Digital Agency Catmandu is an innovative software company with a team of designers, developers, marketers and doers. During the internship at the organization I worked as a web developer under the supervision of Er. Ayaz Udin and I was assigned to develop a dynamic travel website highlandernepal.com.
Highlander is a Content Management System in which the contents are to be added and modified by the admin user. I was responsible for the development of an efficient CMS. Open source Wordpress 3.6 platform is used as CMS where necessary modification of the admin pages was done according to the need and compatibility of the administrator.
The user can book every package trips by submitting the form, included in every package trip via mail. Also one can subscribe the website by submitting the email address. The user can ask queries to the organization as well.
This report contains the details of activities carried out during the period of internship at Digital Agency Catmandu.
