INTERSHIP PROJECT ON “UI/UX Design and Development: Responsive and Interactive Web Application for Travel and Tourism” at “Web Fusion Nepal Pvt. Ltd.” 

Abstract

People tend to interact with an application as though they are interacting with a fellow human. UX/UI is a means to provide somewhat of that experiences to the users. UX/UI is conglomerate term, User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX), encompassing the areas for the study, analysis and development of the visually rich and user friendly product interface. In the simple terms, UX/UI deals with visual ergonomics of a digital application blurring the line between the human and machine interaction.
Users are mainly not concerned with the inner programming functionality as long as it works and it is easy to work with. User Interface, which was considered secondary, has now become an integral part of the program development. It can make all the differences. This project talks about the role of UX/UI in the design and development of the web application. In web application the self-explained visual interface plays a vital role, so UX/UI matters the most in the field of web application. Now, that most of application are in fact on web, it becomes a must to provide an ease-of-use interface for the user to work with.
This project, while specifically dealing with the web application for travels and tourism, walkthrough all the steps in the development of the web application from the scratch. Dealing with the framework development, mock up design, coding and development for the responsive and interactive web application. All the while comparing the some popular frameworks that helps in UI development.
