Abstract

For a developing country like ours the rural areas must be strengthened by various
ways like education, health, transportation, communication. The purpose of Dairy is
to organize people structurally at a local level and to create a partnership between the
dairy product company and the public sector for improved service delivery system.
Our project entitled "Workflow management and Automation of Dairy
Production system” mainly focuses on the recording of the transactions and
automation of dairy workflow that needs to be dealt every day to day life. The
transactions are to be recorded by the user according to his preference on collection,
production and dispatch till date, information recording software only deals with the
particular section but this software has given preference to collection, production and
dispatch departments too.
This report consists of the information related to dairy management, its basic
requirements and the recordings of the different departments. When more transactions
on daily basis take place, this software can be used at its best. The project aims to
create the application which would continue to help the dairy industry if it’s used at
its potent level. We aim the project to be used in the future and also strengthen its
purpose and marginally increase its usage level and build up the use of Information
Technology in Nepal from the very root level.
