Abstract

The project entitled “Final Year Internship Project on ERP System for Dairy Industries of Nepal” focuses on automating the management process in the dairy industries of Nepal. It primarily focuses on three modules namely collection, production and dispatch which collectively provides better and faster management decisions in the applicable field. Accurate and current records are critical to the successful management of today’s dairy farms. As more dairy farmers buy computers for this purpose, they are faced with the choice of purchasing the dairy management software best suited to their needs. This project moves forward with the goal to minimize the tedious manual method of record keeping in the field of dairy collection and production. It provides a centralized administrative control of all the available dairy branches which makes management flexible plus the flow between the different modules is smooth as the modules are integrated. The project not only aims to improve the whole management process but also aims to improve the accuracy of record keeping which is not seen in the traditional manual system. The system gives you the tools, support and information needed to keep track of collection, production and dispatch of dairy products on a daily basis.
