Cloud Enabled Attendance Tracking And Backlog Notification Generation At Parakhi Dot Com Pvt. Ltd. - An Internship Report [CSC-452] 

Abstract

Attendance in the organization is important for the successful completion of the
courses and the student attendance is a marker, one can use to identify students in
need. Student’s attendance is become more important part for any
organizations/institutions. Recording and tracking of class attendance is an area of
administration that can require significant amounts of time and effort in a
school/university environment, largely due to the amount of time required in
lectures to get the necessary information.
This project titled “Cloud Enabled Attendance Tracking and Backlog Student
Notification” is a web application whose primary focus is to track students during
session so that, the students get alert about their status and notify backlogged
students to join the classes if any students never showed up in three consecutive
classes. The main feature of this application is the backlogged student notification
and weekly update of student’s status. This project has been targeted for the poor
and under privileged students to teach them English. Transfer of students from
one grade to another helps to monitor the students learning skills and from one
school to another helps to join nearby organization for their easiness. Messaging
functionality leads to track the individual students via text/mail or notes.
