Abstract

An organization has to be promoted using various aspects to grow economically.
Web applications can be a vital medium through which an organization can gain
exposure and can help the identity of the company grow. This project can be used
to promote services provided by the organization and keep the data updated for
the customers to view. An organization promoting tourism needs a web based
application to further enhance the productivity. This project represents this
problem and finds solution suitable for the current scenario.
Travel portal can be the comprehensive and powerful tool to mark presence in
travel market and industries. And by developing a travel website, the main aim to
be met is to create a comprehensive online travel site, integrating data from both
new and existing data sources and overall travel activity management. Hence
developing an online based web portal is aimed to serve this purpose. To keep the
content dynamic and for control over the content on the website this project
implements Content Management System where the administrator is various
accesses to control the front end content according to the need. Users are given
facilities to use and view all the organizational services made available.
Implementing a web based travel portal offer competitive advantages to traditional
software based systems allowing businesses to consolidate and streamline their
systems and processes
