Abstract

Web Advisor for real estate and automobiles is a web based system for
establishing trusted communication between buyers and sellers who wants to buy
or sell their property. This project addresses the lack of the proper communication
between buyers and sellers. It tends to solve the problem by establishing an email
system to make sure that the other party is genuinely interested. This project also
provides other standard features than any normal ecommerce websites would
provide such as search, order, view, wish list and several other features.
This web system guarantees that users should have the proper web communication
platform their communication. This system has the foundation of not relying on the
comments and ratings system to mark the product as the trusted products. This
project comes with the idea that every initial communication that takes place should
be kept in a log as support for the declaring the party trust worthy. This system
demands users to make a proper communication is they want to perform the
transaction.
‘Web Advisor for real estate and automobiles’ ensures that all the
communication initiation should be two way communication. If the buyer wants to
know the sellers credentials then sellers should also know that the buyers are
interested in their properties.
