Abstract

The project “Rotaract Information Sharing and Management for Public Tidings” is developed foreseeing the need to provide the information on Rotaract Club of New Road City (RCNRC), a non-profit organization. We took this initiative, primarily to bridge the gap between the members of the Rotaract club, and to build a healthy relationship among the general public and other clubs in and around the city.

This project embraces the current circumstance of Rotaract clubs in the valley, along with the information of the proceedings of RCNRC, its club members, event archives, and future events to sketch the club profile. The elimination of various levels of difficulties and challenges seen during the club occasions and avenues have been focused through this project. Interested users can register online by fulfilling the membership criteria, access club details, upcoming events, and can also share the avenues via different social networking sites. Adding more, by providing latest notification about any upcoming events directly to all the club members simultaneously through this application, the public participation is expected to increase. Further, other club members can communicate with RCNRC members by viewing the club activities for a joint club event.

Our project is developed targeting the club and its members, mainly for regularly interaction with each other, transferring news, updating events, communicating and bonding with each other. With this application, other Rotaract clubs can also get to know more about RCNRC and create a healthy relation between these clubs. It is also foreseen to be beneficial for all the users willing to participate and promote several social activities conducted through the club.
