Abstract

Mostly organizations as well as job seekers continually searching for reliable
solutions which became help full for them for finding equally well suited
opportunity. Almost every year UN employment ratio increase rapidly and
immediately it start decreasing steadily especially for balancing the overall
scenario mostly organizations as well as job seekers adapt many beneficial
methods only for the perspective of hiring. This report contains all the details and
intuitive taken to construct job portal development, including the details regarding
the analysis, development, testing, and implementation of online job portal system
as well as concerns on development of one’s personal and professional
development throughout the period of internship. The application has been
development on modular basis. The succeeding module of the application is
developed only after the preceding module has been completed. The report also
includes the details regarding requirements and consequences in implementing the
online job portal development.
Being based on the platform PHP and CMS (Content Management System) with
the backend of MySQL database. Content Management System based approach
has been chosen for the overall development process (ie wordpress) which is the
trending technology in web development. Web based application for online job
search and job management provides far more compatibility to heterogeneous
platforms comparison to traditional system and makes the job seekers and job
providers lot more of hectic schedules and others diversely difficulties . It also
provides an added layer of security by removing the need for the user to have
access to the data and back end servers, which are only provided to specific users
designated to view that data.
